I’m Melissa Cohen.

In my corporate career, I followed that classic climb: from entry-level assistant to Brand Vice President at iconic American fashion companies like Ralph Lauren. Fueled by a love for the industry and a vision I’d had since high school, I was living the dream I’d carefully built.

Then came 2020, and everything changed.

The upheaval of the pandemic pushed me to reimagine what success looked like, but it also gave me a surprising gift: a deep connection to LinkedIn.

When I lost the job I loved, I felt adrift. I realized that far too much of my identity and self worth had been tied up in my title and who I worked for. My job was such a huge piece of how I saw myself, and when it was gone, a big part of me felt gone too. LinkedIn changed that through collaboration, community, and the courage to show up and use my voice.

Today, I work with professionals, founders, and business owners to help them build a powerful presence on LinkedIn and beyond.

When you are ready to step into thought leadership, I'll help you tell your story with clarity, confidence, and intention. Because when you show up with a strong brand and a clear voice, you become unforgettable.

Visibility today is about distinction. And the easiest way to lose authority is to blend in and sound just like everyone else. Your visibility problem is not about the volume of your content. In a world where AI search rewards recognizable expertise, the real risk isn’t posting too little.

I’ve watched incredibly smart, capable founders and executives do all the "right" things and still feel invisible. They post consistently and use the "recommended" tools. They may even hit some of those vanity metrics.

And yet they still aren’t known. Their pipeline is unpredictable. Their content sounds interchangeable with everyone else, and their ideas get buried under louder, less qualified voices.

That isn't a content problem. It’s a positioning problem.

Authority begins with clarity. Visibility grows when the market understands exactly what you stand for. AI search amplifies the voices that already stand out.

Your personal brand isn’t a side project. It’s a very necessary business asset.
